Chick-fil-A Singapore To Be Launched In Late 2025

Chick-fil-A has announced plans to open its first Asian restaurant in Singapore by late 2025, marking a significant milestone in the company’s global expansion strategy.

The Atlanta-based chain, known for its chicken sandwiches and exceptional customer service, will invest $75 million USD in Singapore over the next decade.

This move is part of Chick-fil-A’s broader international growth initiative, which includes a $1 billion investment aimed at establishing presence in five international markets by 2030.

Chick-fil-A’s decision to enter the Singaporean market is strategic and follows a similar return to the United Kingdom which is also scheduled for 2025.

Prior to the announcement, Chick-fil-A conducted a successful three-day pop-up event in Singapore in June 2024.

The event served as a market test, allowing the company to introduce its brand and gauge local preferences. Over 1,000 people sampled the iconic Original Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich during this trial run.

Chick-fil-A Singapore Locations & Restaurants

The specific locations of the restaurants have not been revealed, but three are planned for launch.

Following the initial restaurant opening in late 2025, Chick-fil-A plans to launch two more outlets in Singapore by the end of 2026.

The restaurants will operate under a franchise model, with the company seeking local entrepreneurs to become the first independent Chick-fil-A franchise owner-operators in the country.

Chick-fil-A Singapore Move & Reasons For Asian Expansion

Anita Costello, the company’s chief international officer, cited Singapore’s renowned food culture and its position as a gateway to the Asian market as key factors in this choice.

She said: “The profound love that Singaporeans have for food as well as the city’s strategic position as a gateway to the Asian market.”
